Here's the link to podbean!
Dang, the embedded player is not working. The link above should be working.
The podcast is also available via itunes! Maybe this will play directly
My first podcastepisode ever.
Shownotes:
Knitting
1. Trellis by Britta Stolfus Rueschhoff from the Spring 2005 issue of knitty. A very cute little cardigan that I'm making out of Lang Yarns Sari. I need to do a yarn review next episode.
2. Waves and Piers Socks by Charlene Church and Beth Parott from the Little Box of Socks. I'm using "Woll Butt Relax" for those.
Sewing
I'm working on a muslin for a Simplicity skirt, that I traced out of Meine Nähmode. I need to figure out which alterations I need to make and I need to get back into sewing lingo mode :)
Spinning
I'm nearly done with the yarn for the vine yoke cardigan by Isolda Teague but I need to knit a swatch before pyling more yarn. The yarn I have finished looks a bit too bulky....
Music
"Falling" by Slumberland. Used with their permission!

To podcast or to not podcast
I'm sewing! The 15 minute a day thing works on most days. Not today though, since I have bad headaches.
So, after 3 pills (none of which worked...) I wrapped my head around the idea (pun intended :) ) to podcast. Question is: English or German....
I think I will try to do it in English, so that more people might understand.... What do you think?

15 minute challenge
First: Thank you Valerie and Rebecca for your thoughts on my pullover. It's in the time-out corner at the moment, since I can't bring myself to work on it again. Valerie, do you have any more information on the shirring? Somehow my brain can't work it out...
And now to the title of this post. Somehow I lost my sewingmojo during pregnancy and it has not come back yet. I've been sewing a bit here and there but with very little output. I need to change that and I hope, by working on some ufos and starting a new project for 15 minutes a day for 4 weeks I will get some mojo back.
Today I will start by clearing up my sewing table and threading my serger with the yarn I need for the top that is 80% done.
I will keep you posted but I guess every 3 days or so, since I won't bore you with teeny tiny progressreports
